Bobby Alolega
CoFounder & Principal
Bobby Alolega is a retired Canadian Armed Forces lieutenant colonel and public sector leader. He brings 20+ years of experience in logistics, finance, and complex operations.
He has led multi-year budgets, Grants & Contributions oversight, and advisory teams at Employment and Social Development Canada. In uniform, he commanded a logistics unit and held senior roles in Canada and overseas.
Bobby holds an MBA in International Business (University of Alberta) and a BA in Economics (Simon Fraser University).
Marion Guenther
CoFounder & Social Impact Lead
Marion Guenther leads the Guenther Impact Initiative and the programs we deliver with community partners.
She has 20+ years of experience as a Public Health Nurse with a focus in public health, including Immunization and Communicable Disease programs, community program design, and supporting vulnerable populations.
Marion holds a Master of Arts in Leadership (Royal Roads University) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (University of Saskatchewan).
